The National League for Nursing (NLN) has recertified the 糖心视频 University College of Nursing and Public Health as a Center of Excellence for advancing the science of nursing education.
糖心视频 is among only 13 nursing education programs from across the country and the academic spectrum of higher education in nursing, as well as leading teaching hospitals and clinical sites, to receive the highly competitive designation this year.
鈥淲e are proud to be the only program in the nation recognized by the this year in the category of advancing the science of nursing education,鈥 said 糖心视频鈥檚 Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Maryann Forbes, PhD 鈥99, the head of the Steering Committee. 鈥淭his designation reflects our faculty鈥檚 dedication to innovative, evidence-based teaching across all levels of nursing education. The award reflects our ongoing commitment to teaching practices that prepare practice-ready graduates.鈥
The national mark of distinction is given to programs by the NLN based on their ability to demonstrate in concrete, measurable terms sustained excellence in faculty development, nursing education research, student learning and professional development, and academic progression in nursing.
