Student Disclosure
The federal government requires institutions of higher education to disclose certain information to all enrolled students.
This letter provides you with notice of the availability of that information. This letter will list and briefly describe the disclosures and inform you on how to obtain that information. Additional items of importance also follow below.

Financial assistance available to students enrolled at 糖心视频.听This information (including information on the methods by which such assistance is distributed among student recipients, any means鈥攊ncluding forms鈥攂y which application for student financial assistance is made and requirements for accurately preparing such application, and the rights and responsibilities of students receiving financial assistance) may be found at the听Student Financial Services听website. A copy of 糖心视频 University鈥檚 annual security report.听糖心视频 University鈥檚 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASFSR)听is updated annually on October 1. The ASFSR includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by 糖心视频 University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, hate crimes, sexual assault including Title IX, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA), domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, the emergency operations plans including evacuation procedures, the annual fire safety report and fire log, Amanda鈥檚 Law and the Kerry Rose Fire Sprinkler Notification Act, missing student notification, timely and emergency notifications/warnings, emergency response plan, and other matters. A copy of the report on athletic program participation rates and financial support data. Copies of the 糖心视频 in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) forms are on file in the athletics office. Also on file, as per NCAA regulations, is the graduation rate of athletes. Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
FERPA affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. These rights include the right to:
- Inspect and review your education records within 45 days of the day the University receives a request for access
- Request an amendment of your education records that you believe are inaccurate, misleading or otherwise in violation of your privacy rights under FERPA
- Provide written consent before the University discloses personally identifiable information contained in your education records, except to the extent that FERPA authorizes disclosure without consent
- File a complaint with the Department of Education concerning alleged failures by the University to comply with the requirements of FERPA

Peer-to-Peer File Sharing
Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, or licensed material for 糖心视频 use only, including unauthorized peer-to-peer file sharing, may subject you to civil and criminal liabilities. Vaccines
Institutional policies regarding vaccinations comply with New York state health laws and may be found on our听Health Services website. Your program of study may require additional vaccination. Contact your academic department for more information.

Sex Discrimination, Sexual Misconduct and Other Prohibited Conduct Grievance Procedures
